Robots are playing football better than before. This is a huge improvement; we can see robots actually playing football and of course we will expecting more advanced robots in the future but even to get to this level was something unimaginable few years back.
These competitions has been founded since 1997. The goal is to achieve an advanced robot that actually is able to play football as good as a human or better.
These are the countries that they are actively involved with this game each year: Japan, Germany, Australia, Brazil, Canada , China.
