This is a picture of Persepolis bench on 60's. these faces now they are well known in Iranian Priemier League as coach or manager for football clubs. in this old picture from left to right you can see: Ali Parvin ,Mahmood khordbin , Salehnia , pazoki and ghorbani.
Among these people in the picture, only Ali Parvin is having duty in Peresepolis club, the rest of them haven't had a chance to be involve or they have left the country.
On the other side the other team of the capital city of Iran called Esteghlal was doing much better at the time and they could become the champion in Asian cup for the second time. Blue fighters of Esteghlal were fighting against Persepolis from long time ago. This derby is at the top 10 best derbies of the whole world.
Esteghlal has lost their legend 2 years ago Naser Hejazi. He was the goal keeper of Esteghlal and Iranian national team of Iran for a decade. Since Naser Hejazi passed away 2 years ago, Ali Parvin become the only legend of Iranian football from those old days.
