"Macaroni", Persian style of pasta , absolutely delicious!

This morning after a long night party of last night , me and my girl friend woke up and she decided to make us macaroni which is one the most famous Persian dish that most of the Iranian around the world cook this dish at least once a week.
It's kind of pasta and the dish has a sideline on it which is the potato and mostly people like that part more than the pasta it self!
It takes around 1 hour to make this dish and it cost around 6$ enough for 3pax.
